PRC will establish and maintain an individual account for each purchaser of a preneed contract and allocate to that account the following items on a monthly basis:

payments reported by the funeral home and deposited into trust. |

disbursements made due to the cancellation or performance of a preneed contract. |
|
trust income by character. |
|
administrative expenses. |
|
the trust’s market value. |
PRC will provide to your funeral home a monthly report of each purchaser account’s:

sales price and unpaid balance |
|
payment balance |
|
market value |
PRC will prepare your trust's federal and state income tax
returns.
We can also determine statutory income distributions.
